TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the relationship between Bali Connect, located at Enniskillen, BT74 4JH, and you, the customer. By booking a tour or activity with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

2. Bookings & Reservations All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been processed. A confirmation email will be sent to you detailing your reservation. We accept bookings through our website and partner platforms only. Any cash transactions are not covered by the protections of Bali Connect T&Cs.

3. Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. If payment fails or is incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable outside the cancelation window. Bespoke tours have a 48hr cancelation period and non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking, irrespective of notice.

4. Cancellations by Bali Connect In the unlikely event that Bali Connect must cancel a tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, illness, or low participation), you will be offered the choice between rescheduling or a full refund. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred (such as flights or accommodation).

 

5. Cancellations by Customers

Bali connect aims to aims to offer an experience that rivals the large booking agencies in terms of cost, quality or service and having a collaborative relationship with our customers. With that in mind we offer a very fair 24hr cancellation policy.

  • Up to 24 hrs before the tour start time: Full refund, minus a processing fee for card payment.

  • Bespoke Tours: 25% deposit at time of booking, non-refundable irrespective of timeline. Bespoke holiday bookings take time and energy to plan. While we are highly confident you will not be able to book your itinerary cheaper elsewhere, the personalised service and planning of a bespoke package is not free of charge to Bali Connect.

  • Private Yacht booking is subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit.

 

6. Limitation of Liabilities Bali Connect and its staff are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the course of any tour or activity. Participation is at your own risk, and customers are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance. We operate under the premise of "at your own risk" as applied under local and international tourism laws, except in cases of gross negligence.

 

7. Special Requests We will attempt to accommodate any special requests (such as dietary needs or accessibility) when notified in advance, but we cannot guarantee fulfilment. Please inform us of any special requests at the time of booking.

 

8. Safety Safety is a top priority. You are required to follow all instructions given by our staff while interacting with Bali Connect. The activities you book with Bali Connect are provided by third parties in a country with much reduced Health and Safety laws when compared to UK, Ireland, Australis and US for example. Consider your own safety at all times and follow the guidance of your activity leader. Any refused participation from the activity provider will not be re-funded and liability for activities undertaken sits with the activity provider and you.

 

9. Behavior/Code of Conduct We expect all customers to act respectfully towards staff, other participants, and the environment. Bali Connect reserves the right to terminate the participation of any customer who engages in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, without refund. Bali Connect aspires to be a booking agent with a great reputation with not only customers but also providers. Bad behaviour that reflects badly on Bali Connect will result in termination of activity and the normal refund policy being applied. IE 34hrs or 25% on bespoke bookings.

 

10. Complaints If you have a complaint during a tour or activity, please notify the guide immediately, particularly if it relates to a safety concern. If the issue is not resolved on-site, please contact our team within 7 days of the tour, and we will investigate the matter.

 

11. Data Protection We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for processing your booking and providing you with a quality service. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Data is processed under GDPR, one of the most protective data protection agreements in the world. We also see the moral imperative of only using your data in the way you obviously intended it when booking an activity with Bali Connect.

4. How We Use Your Data Your data is used to manage bookings, provide personalized services, ensure safety, and comply with legal obligations. Medical data is only shared with staff as needed for your safety.

5. Data Sharing We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the booking (e.g., with guides, insurance providers) or as required by law. Any third parties involved must comply with GDPR standards.

6. Data Retention Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for booking purposes, legal obligations, or customer service, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Your Rights You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, or object to how we handle your data. You can also withdraw consent for the processing of medical information at any time.
